Well WordPress 2.7 has been released, so I have performed the upgrade, along with grabbing the latest nightly build of K2. According to the K2 blog everything should be ok.

Updated K2 Theme
I obviously missed this one, because it’s been out a couple of week’s, but I have now updated the K2 theme that I use to RC6. This is now fully compatible with WordPress 2.5 (I had previously been using some files from SVN)
WordPress upgrade
WordPress 2.5 was released yesterday, so I decided to upgrade (it has a newer version number) everything appeared to go smoothly until I tried to login to the admin page 🙁

Anyway a quick google later and it appeared the best solution might be to upgrade K2 to the latest nightly build also 😀
So far everything seems to be working again and i’m liking the updates to WordPress
